The Asset Analysis page shows an overview of your available Assets, and their breakdown by different status, as well as their records of costs broken down per asset and summarized per facility.
Note: The cost totals are based on vendor invoice totals. If an single invoice has multiple assets associated with it, the cost of the invoice is split equally between the assets.
Element Descriptions

This is a count of assets which in which the costs are already above the replacement value. This is determined by evaluating if: The total costs + The salvage value > The replacement value |

| 3 | This is a count of assets which have already exceeded their Warranty End date. | |

This is a count of assets which the Warranty End date is approaching within a certain number of days. This number can be adjusted with the filter. |

This is a count of assets which the End of Life Expectancy date has already passed, or is approaching within a certain number of days. This number can be adjusted with the filter. |

This is the percentage of assets which have a tag associated with them. Calculated by the count of assets with at least 1 tag associated and divided by the total count of assets. |

This is the breakdown of facilities with the total aggregated costs associated with their assets. The chart is sorted in descending order by the total costs of assets, and filtered to the top number of facilities. This number can be adjusted with the filter. |
