Aging Assets Detail

The Aging Assets Details page is a detailed tables that focuses on Asset looking at their End of Life. It should help you have visibility on these assets that may need a decision regarding replacement or salvaging.

Note: The cost totals are based on vendor invoice totals. If an single invoice has multiple assets associated with it, the cost of the invoice is split equally between the assets. 

 

Element Descriptions

This Table shows:

  • The End of Life Date
  • The Asset and Facility it is in
  • The Origination Date
  • The Original Value
  • The Replacement Cost
  • The Salvage Value
  • The count of Workorders this asset had
  • The total cost this asset incurred

This table is filtered only to those assets which have already passed their End of Life date or are nearing the End of Life date by a certain number of days.

This number can be adjusted with the filter.

Note that this table is grouped by the Asset End of Life Date, ordered from latest to earliest, which means that assets at the top of the table are more in need of attention.
