The Assets and Workorders page shows an overview of your available Assets and the average costs per workorder for them. It also shows the total costs of the Vendor Invoices that they are accounted in, to highlight if the assets is grouped together with other high-cost workorders.
This page has action filters, which means clicking on a specific asset in any of the tables will adjust the other tables to also focus on that specific asset.
Note: The cost totals are based on vendor invoice totals. If an single invoice has multiple assets associated with it, the cost of the invoice is split equally between the assets.

Note that the values of the Vendor Invoice costs can be higher than the Asset's total costs because the asset can be part of a workorder with multiple asssets. Note also that the summation of the total workorders can exceed the number of workorders in the system, as a workorder can be counted in multiple assets. |

This is the breakdown of assets with the facility they are assigned to, along with the count of workorders associated with those assets. The chart is sorted in descending order by the count of workorders, and filtered to the top number of facilities. This number can be adjusted with the filter. |
