Asset Details

The Asset Details page shows a detailed table per asset that aims to help analyze the count of workorders and total costs of the asset, and compare it to the replacement costs of each asset.

It is advisable to filter to the scope of data you need so as to make the table easier to navigate in.

Note: The cost totals are based on vendor invoice totals. If an single invoice has multiple assets associated with it, the cost of the invoice is split equally between the assets. 

 

Element Descriptions

The table details:

  • The asset
  • Tags (if existing)
  • The facility the asset is in
  • The origination date of the asset
  • The warranty end date of the asset
  • The end of life date of the asset
  • The asset's condition
  • A True/False evaluation checking if the costs are already considered above the replacement value
    • Calculation : Total Costs + Salvage Value > Replacement Value
  • Count of Workorders that are still open
  • Total Count of Workorders
  • Total cost of the asset
  • Replacement cost of the asset
