The Vendor Performance Summary page is an extension of the Vendor Perspective page, with a larger focus on the summary table.

This page shows the summary per vendor of their total Assignment count and their compliance based on 6 criteria.

Element Descriptions

This table shows summary per vendor:

  • Count of Assignments
  • Compliance Percentages based on:
      1. Check-in and Check-out Compliance
      2. Vendor Invoice Submission Compliance
      3. If it is completed on First Trip
      4. If the Response Deadline was respected
      5. If the Arrival Deadline was respected
      6. If the Completion Deadline was respected
  • Vendor Percentage and Vendor Grade

A Vendor Grade percentage is evaluated based on the 6 compliance percentages being the percentage of factors that have passed the compliance requirements, across all the assignments.

The Vendor Grade is then evaluated from the Vendor Grade Performance:

90% to 100% A
80% to 89% B
70% to 79% C
60% to 69% D
0% to 59% F
