Vendor Performance Overview

Vendor Performance is a Fexalytics Report that gives you information regarding:

  • Vendors and their compliance rates based on 6 criteria:
    • Check-in and Check-out Compliance
    • Vendor Invoice Submission Compliance
    • If it is completed on First Trip
    • If the Response Deadline was respected
    • If the Arrival Deadline was respected
    • If the Completion Deadline was respected
  • The report also assigns a grade to each vendor computed from their performance of the 6 criteria, to get an overall rating for each vendor.
  • The report also gives an overview of vendors that have received negative feedback, and counts of assignments that are still pending to be invoiced.

Datasource

The Report uses data that are related to Assignments, Facilities, and Vendors, with Assignments data being the main datasource.
