We have updates from Notes to Assets to Reporting & Lists - we have new features ready to provide you with more information - enabling you to be more efficient and focus on what matters.
Notes
More flexibility with Notes, enabling you to set defaults by permission group.

There is a new field on the Permission Group edit page called “Default Note Visibility”. This is not required.
** The options are the same options you would have when setting a visibility on a note. -
When a note is created that uses the existing default visibility, it will first use the new Default Note Visibility on the permission group of the user, and then use the site Default Note Visibility if the permission group does not have one set. The site default note visibility is configured with the “{{default_note_visibility}}"" site setting.
Reporting
Enhanced Regional Manager & District Manager Reporting, to help you with planning & operational needs.
You can now see the Regional Manager and District Manager Names in reports and comm templates.
Assets
Move assets, keep the history.
Assets moved from one facility to another retain all history with previous work orders, invoices, etc. Future work orders will show the asset belonging to the new facility going forward.
Lists
When columns are reordered in grids, the widget updates to reflect changes.
Bug Fixes:
API: Fexa to Fexa API Updates: client quote exports save as expected, preventing duplicate requests .
Exports: When exporting XLSX and CSV formats, the application no longer strip leading zeros.
User Import Update: Validation for languages has been added and will reject invalid values. Invalid rows/values fail the report.

Store User Import Updates:

The Store Import has been expanded to have a new field for Store Users: the Store User Contact Email

This field accepts an email address and is optional

When the user is created via a store import, if this column is left blank the store user’s username should be used to set the contact email, just as it does in the interface today.
Work Order Import: Creating Vendor Invoices When Using the "Work Order" Import works as expected.
Lists: Invoice lists have been improved, the Mass Manage feature works as expected with all checkbox settings and options.
Permission Updates: Users now hav access to change/view the shipping address on a Purchase Orders (via the dropdown list) as long as they have read access to "Addresses>ShippingAddress".
Project Improvements: 'Planned Start Date' is displayed correctly in the project tasks grid and matches the date provided during task creation
Project Date Updates: Updating the effort in a task updates dates accurately based on dependencies.
Surveys: Save properly with multiple choice and Multiple Select question types.
Work Order Lists: You can edit selected work orders for mass manage
