We now have the ability to filter for technician users by Division and Department in the technician/visit criteria in the left-side panel of the dispatch calendar.
You can find the tab for the Dispatch Calendar on the menu on the left side of your screen.

When the Dispatch Calendar filter screen opens, Division and Department are now added to the Filter search fields.

You can choose your provider (technician) from the dropdown and select Generate Calendar to see them appear on the Dispatch Calendar. You can then filter by Division and/or Department. If the technician is not in one of the Division or Departments, he or she will not come through and appear on the Dispatch Calendar when you click Generate Calendar.
