When viewing the Dispatch Calendar, users will notice a few additions. Calendars can be viewed by Day, Week, or Month.
There are more options such as Visit or Project providers, Technicians, vendors, or both, etc.
When clicking on one of the colored squares on the dispatch calendar, users will have the option to update the visit start and end times as well as go directly to the work order from a button at the bottom of the window.
Clicking and holding the mouse button over one of the colored squares will allow you to drag and drop from one day to the next, allowing a user technician to move the visits or tasks around on the calendar.
Another example of enhancements on the Dispatch Calendar is choosing Project eligible and dragging an unassigned task up into the calendar.
Exclude “Cancelled” Status Type From Dispatch Calendar WO Grid.
The Dispatch Calendar will now filter out any Work Orders with the status type of Cancelled from the Dispatch Calendar Work Order Grid.
Show Category and Description
The Dispatch Calendar can now show the category and description of the work order associated with the assignment so that the details can be understood without needing to navigate away from the calendar view.
