The filters on the Dispatch Calendar allow you to sort the unassigned assignments with Active Assignment Lists, or you can create a new one right from the Calendar grid. You can also export that list, before or after it is filtered.
Under the Calendar and right above the Unassigned Service Assignments, there are 2 icons: one for exporting and the other to filter that grid.
Clicking on the filter icon will allow you to filter by Assignment Lists that already exist on your assignment grid. You can also add New Filters and Clear those using the bottom two selections.
To create a new filter, select New Filter.
Next, create this list like you would any other! Select your filters, add a List Name, and select Save Filter.
After you have selected a list, or created a new one, selecting the pencil icon will allow you to edit the filters.
The grid icon will allow you to export this list using one of the following export options.
