Assets Warranty Flag

New Feature - See Assets Marked as Warrantied On Work Orders

A warrantied Asset Flag has been added to Work Orders. When creating a work order and adding an Asset, if the Asset is under warranty, a flag will appear in bold letters beneath the Asset “Has One or More Assets Under Warranty”.  

This will only appear if the asset is added at the time of work order creation.

As a reminder, to add a warranty coverage time frame to an asset, fill in the warranty fields on the Asset Details page.

Once an Asset has been created for a facility with the Warranty fields showing current coverage and the Asset has been added when creating a work order, the Work Order will also show there is an Asset under warranty included. “Workorder was Created With One or More Assets Under Warranty” beneath the Asset field. 

The Asset Within Warranty column has also been added as an option for Asset Reports. This is reported as either True or False.
