The Time Entry module can now be updated for Technicians Assigned to Projects Tasks. This allows technician users to log the time they actually worked on any project. Time entries can be made multiple times to log all work, even if it occurred in different time periods.
One place to mark the Time Entry is under Projects on the Navigational Menu.
The next step is to open the desired project and choose Tasks on the left side Project Menu. A list of Project Tasks will appear.
Opening each of the parent tasks will allow for all tasks to be displayed.
Clicking on the hamburger menu on the far right side of the chosen task will open up some options including Log Time.
A window will open to allow for all time entry updates.
In the navigational menu, when choosing Time Entry, anyone can view the entries by selected period.
Double Clicking on any of the Time Sheet rows will reveal the time entry details.
From here, technician users can also add more time entries by choosing the plus sign in the upper right-hand corner.
There is another place to add Time Entry, which is from the Project Overview. There is a clock icon in the right corner. Clicking this will allow technician users to add a Time Entry directly to projects.
