Projects Module Color Changing Background and Copy Button

If you've signed up to utilize our Projects module as an add-on feature, here are some of the newly released items. Want more information about the Projects Module and how you can access it? Let us know! Please submit a helpdesk ticket and we'll coordinate time to discuss!

The Completion Date column now color-coordinates with the Project Deadline Date.  Now it is easier to see when the project deadline is coming up, due on the day, past due or complete. 

Green  = early 

Yellow = due that day 

Red = when it is past due

White = project complete

If a user would like to recreate a project he or she has already put a ton of work into, it is now possible to copy the project, and then change the planned start dates and estimated effort dates.  This will create an entirely new project with the previous project details carried over, which then can be edited to support the current project.  This will allow a user to use a framework that has already proven successful, without starting from scratch. 

On the project overview,  there is a copy icon on the right side of the page.

 

Most of the previous project details will be duplicated and then the user can edit each item to coincide with new project details.
