Areas can be seen on the work-order. These can help isolate to where the problem is located in a building, which ultimately makes it easier for the provider to know where they are supposed to work.
To create Areas, Go to Administration> Selectables> Areas. Then click the "+" sign on the right hand side of the screen.
On the side menu, type out the name of the Area then click save.
All created areas will be shown on the grid, which will only show 2 columns, the Area ID and the Name.
