Responsible parties allow customers to manage who is responsible for paying for a specific work order. Typically this would just be a Landlord and a Tenant. The Land Lord could be responsible for trades like HVAC work orders whereas the Tenant may be responsible for trades like plumbing.
To create a new responsible party, Open the Administration > Selectables > Responsible Parties.
On the right hand side of the screen press the "+" to create a new party.
- On the side menu of the creation screen, add a responsible party name. Click save after filling this out.
- The newly created party would be seen on the grid.
