Priorities in Fexa are the level of importance you add to your work orders. These can be set by default based on Categories (trades) or you can set these manually.
Creating New Priorities
Step 1) Navigate to Administration>Selectables>Priorities.
Step 2) Select the plus sign (+) in the top right hand corner.
Step 3) Fill in all required information.
Step 4) Add a client to this priority if this option should only be available for work orders created for that client.
Step 5) Hours to Arrive/Respond/Complete are important for Priorities. These are the times that will automatically set on assignments when created. (The times can be overridden on creation as well)
Step 6) Select Save. The color will populate automatically.
Note: To edit existing priorities, simply double-click into the priority, make your changes, and save.
