There is now the ability to link or tag work orders with other work orders or assignments with other assignments.
This is especially relevant, for example, with Recall Work Orders or Assignments or PMs situations. Fexa Associations' relevance will also become more obvious in the future as we build out various abilities to link within. Some classification examples include: Original, Recall, Related, Duplicate, etc.
Users can find this link under Administration>Selectables>Associations:
Any of the Associations here can be added to, edited, or deleted.
The Associations symbol can be found within the details page on the upper right-hand corner. Clicking on this symbol allows you to add an association or cancel.:
For Assignments, click the hamburger menu to the right of the assignment and you will see the Manage Assignments Links option.
This will open up a window to choose your TO and FROM Associations.
