When a work order is created, users can assign a problem. This problem represents the reason for the work order. Users can then limit these problem categories to a given Client.
The Problems dropdown is under the Administration dropdown, then the Selectables dropdown.
First, Select a problem (double-click) and then a window opens.
This will then allow users to limit the problem to whichever client they choose. This can be done for an entire category such as Cleaning, or more specifically with the sub categories in each category, such as Cleaning, and then Floors.
When users login, as a Store Manager, for example, and create a work order, the specified problem (Cleaning, Floors) cannot be selected.
This can be beneficial for preventing any categories on a list, which are not valid to specific customers or vendors, from being seen.
